Join us for coffee via Zoom with best selling Irish author, Kathleen Kelley Reardon, from IWF Ireland, hosted by fellow IWF AZ member, Heather Rausch.  Kathleen is professor emerita of management at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.  At the Marshall School, Kathleen has taught negotiation in the MBA, Executive MBA and International MBA programs.  She also served as director of USC's Sample Presidential Fellows Program and of the USC Leadership Institute.  Kathleen was the first woman to rise through the ranks to tenure and then promotion to full professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, breaking that glass ceiling.  She is also a visiting scholar at Stanford University, University College Cork, University College Dublin, Trinity College - Dublin and Distinguished Research Scholar/professor at the Irish Management Institute.  Her research and books have resulted in Kathleen appearing on The Today Show, NBC Nightly News, Good Morning America, Bloomberg TV, National Public Radio and many other electronic media.  Her work also has been covered by The London Times, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Delhi Times, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, The Boston Globe, The Miami Herald and hundreds of newspapers and magazines throughout the world.  She has authored 10 nonfiction books and numerous articles, including three for The Harvard Business Review.   Her 2001 book The Secret Handshake: Mastering Politics of the Business Inner Circle (Currency, Doubleday) became an nonfiction and business best seller.  In her fiction, her crime mystery debut novel, Shadow Campus (2013) was described by Forbes as a "fast-paced" and "masterful" debut.  The sequel, Damned If She Does (2020) was selected by Kirkus Reviews as among "Great Indie Books Worth Discovering" and described by them as "informed and searing."
